We are all used to seeing femboys posting images of themselves on social media. Young and firm, with tight thighs and torsos you could bounce a two-pence coin off. But with the progressing age of social media, so to is the progressing age of some of the first femboys to make use of the medium. And so it made me think if there will come a time when it just becomes a bit too weird to be parading around in mini skirts and thigh highs.
Well let me begin with my answer to the question. No.
I consider myself to be an older femboy, being in the 30+ age bracket. Thankfully I still have some elasticity in my skin but I have of course noticed changes to my body. But is this even relevant? Is the point of being fem all about smooth taught skin wrapped around a small slim frame? Or is it more of a feeling, a tribal connection, a community, or even just a private turn-on?
Femboys already come in all shapes and sizes. For sure there is a certain form that many would consider generally attractive, but that doesn’t mean those who fall outside of this cannot be femboys. And I think it is this that leans me towards thinking a femboy is more about the internal feeling. Of course as we age our bodies will change, but will the inclination towards fishnet stockings also change?
Mooching around social media it is noticeable that femboys are tolerant and welcoming. Once the initial shyness has been combatted we are pretty chatty and tend to prefer the quality of the conversation (or gaming skills) rather than the physique of the person. I think it is personality over pecs.
Of course I could be biased here. It is perhaps possible I tend to speak with those who are slightly older because they would naturally fit within a similar place in life as myself. So I’m not going to say that personality definitely trumps perfect thighs. But I do feel the warmth from the community, both younger and older.
So perhaps privately prancing around in short-shorts is acceptable and we can continue doing this until we can no longer dress ourselves. But is it still going to be okay to post pictures online once we’ve photoshopped the walking frame out of the image? And surely some of the first femboys to make it big online must be getting towards an age bracket that makes one think about mortgages and interest rates. Will they continue, or will the baton be passed on?
I think for sure there will come a time when I stop posting the lewds, but I don’t think there will ever come a time when I stop pulling up the thigh highs and wobbling around on high heels.
